Integrated solution to improve end-to-end lead management process and enhance marketing and sales effectiveness
Hilton Grand Vacations Company develops, markets, and operates a network of high-quality vacation ownership resorts in select destinations, marketing worldwide to current and prospective owners. Recently, HGVC launched a new program to improve the overall experience for prospective buyers and to optimize the end-to-end lead management process. By improving the lead management process, HGVC can better determine the strongest lead sources thereby delivering higher quality leads to the sales team, and pursuing shorter sales cycles and higher close rates and a better customer experience.
To support this initiative, HGVC will use Above All to integrate HGVC’s custom-built customer information system of record and salesforce.com which HGVC recently selected to enhance automated sales operations. HGVC uses the customer information application in its contact center to manage inbound inquiries from prospective buyers. Once a new composite application is built using Above All, HGVC Direct Sales Management will be able to seamlessly process, distribute, and track leads while sharing accurate, up-to-date customer information with sales representatives.
