Roger Sippl, the founder and Chairman of Above All Software, is recognized as one of the most influential software visionaries in hi-tech with over 25 years of senior operations and chief executive experience.

His first start-up success was founding Informix Software in 1980. Under his direction, Informix pioneered SQL relational databases, 4GL application development tools, and OLTP database technology. Acquired for $1B by IBM in 2001, Informix grew to become a leading provider of RDBMS technology with more than 100,000 customers world-wide.

After Informix, Roger became co-founder and chairman of The Vantive Corporation, a CRM leader and successful public company which now forms part of the Oracle family of applications following their acquisition of PeopleSoft. He also founded Visigenic Software, and in the 1990’s helped shape the rapidly growing application server market.

Roger is also known in Silicon Valley as a successful venture capitalist having invested privately in several successful software companies, including Illustra (acquired by Informix), Broadvision, SupportSoft and Red Pepper (acquired by PeopleSoft).

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jon Temple is President and Chief Executive Officer of Above All Software and is responsible for setting the Company's strategic direction and for the day-to-day leadership and management of the company.

Jon has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry and comes to Above All Software from Business Objects, where over a 12-year career he held a variety of executive sales and operational leadership positions. Jon most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas where he had full P&L responsibility for Business Objects-North and Latin American operations, and was responsible for managing a team of more than 1,200 employees, including sales, marketing, professional services, customer support, finance and administration. During his tenure, Business Objects grew to become the leading world-wide business intelligence vendor with annual revenues of more than $900m.

Prior to Business Objects, Jon held a variety of sales and management roles during eight years at Information Builders.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester, UK.

Deborah Scharfetter has over 15 years experience in designing, implementing, positioning and delivering enterprise software applications. At Above All Software she leads the entire product management and development organization.

Deborah was the fourth employee to join The Vantive Corporation in 1991 and was instrumental in designing and delivering its suite of CRM applications and customization toolkit. She was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect with Vantive until 1998.

Prior to Vantive, Deborah held various technical and software engineering positions at C*ATS Software, Oracle, and Koch Systems.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

As Vice President of Marketing, Sanjay is responsible for Above All's global marketing efforts including product marketing, corporate communications and outbound marketing.

Sanjay brings more than 14 years diverse technology experience, including specific expertise in the areas of web services, product and go-to-market strategies, and community development. Prior to joining Above All, Sanjay was Vice President of Marketing at Qualys, a leading network security provider. Sanjay also spent over 6 years at Sun Microsystems where he held various marketing leadership positions, most recently heading Sun Developer Network, for which he managed marketing, program and engineering teams working on Sunís developer program. He also led product marketing for Sun's web, application and integration server lines.

Prior to Sun, Sanjay managed market development and platform marketing for NetDynamics, an early pioneer in the application server space.

Sanjay has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Lynn is responsible for the worldwide sales, service and support efforts at Above All Software across its direct, partner and OEM channels. With more than 20 years of enterprise sales management experience, Lynn joins Above All most recently from Enkata, a leading provider of Operational Performance Management solutions. While there, she served as Vice President of North American Sales and was responsible for 180 percent year over year growth.

Prior to Enkata, Lynn held senior sales management positions and evangelized leading technologies at Netegrity, E.piphany, Peoplesoft and Dun & Bradstreet. She has built world-class sales organizations and has consistently developed the infrastructure, processes and sales teams required for success.

Lynn received her BA in Accounting from the University of California at Los Angeles and took graduate classes at the UCLA Graduate School of Management.

Chris Maloney is responsible for Above All Software's platform engineering efforts. Prior to co-founding Above All Software, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pencel Corporation. At Pencel, he designed and led development of a 4GL application development system that enables developers to quickly create business applications that allow "occasionally connected" handheld computers to utilize enterprise databases and application systems.

Chris earlier served as Vice President of Technology for Visual Components, where he identified and implemented the product strategy from startup through successful acquisition by Sybase. Visual Components created application software components for client/server development tools.

Earlier in his career, Chris held several positions at Informix Software including Vice President of Product Development.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mount Vernon Nazarene College in Ohio.
