1. What is included in the Above All Software product evaluation?

You can evaluate the full featured, Above All Studio and complete set of Above All Knowledge Packs during the Above All Software product evaluation. In addition, Getting Started Tutorials are provided to introduce you to the products and their use in common integration scenarios.

2. How long is the product evaluation period?

The product evaluation period is 30 days. It starts on the day you register for the product evaluation.

3. What can I do if I have a question during the product evaluation?

For questions you have during the product evaluation, you can use our on-line support form to ask questions of our support team.

4. How can I get evaluation versions of the multi-channel deployment servers?

The deployment servers are not being made available for evaluation at this time.

5. How can I get an evaluation version of the SOA Repository product?

The SOA Repository is not being made available for evaluation at this time.

6. Can I try the product evaluation on my own systems?

We encourage you to use your own systems during product evaluation. The Getting Started Tutorials and the Above All Studio on-line help are great resources in helping you quickly learn and use the products.

8. What are the system requirements for the Above All Software product evaluation?

The Above All Software product evaluation requires the following system software and hardware:

  • Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows XP Family or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Family
  • Software: .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable
  • Hardware: 800 MHz or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, 40 MB hard disk space.

9. What are the system requirements for the Above All Software Getting Started tutorials?

The Getting Started Tutorials require Above All product evaluation installation (see requirements for Above All Software product evaluation) and an additional 4 MB hard disk space. The Microsoft Access database is optional.

10. How can I get help? I can’t log in with my new developer access username and password.

You should have received an email with the username and password for your developer access account. Your username is your registration email address. The password is the one you selected when you registered for your product evaluation. In case this login does not work for you, please send email to [email protected]. Please specify your registration name and email in your email to us.

11. How can I get help? I have registered and logged in, but am having a problem downloading the product.
