has been named Chief Executive Officer. Temple had previously held the title
of President and Chief Operating Officer. Company founder Roger Sippl will continue
with the company as Chairman of the Board, working closely with Temple, the
executive team, and specifically the development organization, to continue to
drive the strategic direction of Above All's Composite Application Platform(TM).

Objects, the leading worldwide business intelligence vendor. During his tenure,
Business Objects grew from inception to nearly 4,000 employees and annual revenues
of more than $900 million.
