Above All Software Appoints President and Chief Operating Officer

Business Objects' General Manager joins Above All Software to lead company growth

San Mateo, CA - June 14, 2025 - Above All Software, an innovator of software that provides business users with integrated access to existing enterprise applications and legacy systems, today announces the appointment of Jon Temple as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the company. Temple joins Above All Software from Business Objects where he held leadership positions for the last decade, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas region.

As President and Chief Operating Officer at Above All Software, Temple is responsible for overseeing company sales, marketing and services.

Temple was instrumental in building Business Objects' successful operation in the United Kingdom (UK) before overseeing the North American and Latin American regions where revenues increased significantly under his leadership. During the time Temple served on Business Objects' executive committee the company surpassed Wall Street expectations 27 quarters in a row and rose from fourth to first place in its industry in the US.

Temple and Sippl's combined experience makes the Above All Software management team one of the most skilled in Silicon Valley. Sippl has a 25-year track record conceiving of innovative technologies and pioneering new software markets. He launched several successful technology companies including Informix Software, now part of IBM, Visigenic, an application server pioneer now part of Borland, and the Vantive Corporation, a CRM leader and successful public company now part of PeopleSoft. Above All Software closed its second round of funding of US$11.2 million earlier this year.
