Above All Software Achieves Remedy Validation, Integrates Remedy with Existing Enterprise Applications

The alliance allows organizations to rapidly integrate Remedy applications with other key applications so that Remedy users can simultaneously access all the critical information and business processes required to deliver superior customer service.
