Since joining Above All in June 2004, Temple has been responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the organization. In that time, he has recruited a seasoned executive staff and launched the company's multi-channel go-to-market strategy to lead the emerging composite applications market. Prior to Above All, Temple most recently served as a senior executive at Business Objects, the leading worldwide business intelligence vendor. During his tenure, Business Objects grew from inception to nearly 4,000 employees and annual revenues of more than $900 million.
