Red Sky Solutions, an Above All Solutions Partner and a premiere, certified partner of salesforce.com.
Above All and Red Sky Solutions joined forces to solve a difficult problem for QTC, the nation’s largest private provider of physician-based disability examinations.
When a disability claimant contacted them, QTC needed to provide the claimant information that was specified by their service agreements with various large insurance companies. Although they had a lot of data in Salesforce.com, they required other information that had to be assembled manually for each claimant. This made it difficult for QTC to deliver the quality of customer service on which they had staked their reputation. They needed a better way.
