In addition to Roger Sippl and Jon Temple from Above All Software, the Board of Directors includes partners from Greylock Partners, JPMorgan Partners, and Granite Ventures.

Aneel Bhusri is a General Partner for Greylock Partners. Aneel joined Greylock in 1999 from PeopleSoft, where he was named vice chairman (1999-2001) after several years as the company's senior vice president in charge of product strategy, business development and marketing. At PeopleSoft, he was responsible for developing and guiding all product strategy, corporate and product marketing. He also led the company's business development efforts in key areas such as new product development, vertical market initiatives and corporate expansion. Prior to PeopleSoft, Aneel held positions in both venture capital and corporate finance.

Aneel holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Brown University.

John Reardon is an Operating Partner in the San Francisco office of JPMorgan Partners. Prior to joining JPMP in 2002, John was the CEO of Ninth House Network in San Francisco. Previously, John was involved in founding, operating or restructuring a number of start-up companies including The St. Joseph Health Foundation (physician practice management and contracting), Value Health Information Services (data integration and mining software), and Health Economics Corporation (data integration and mining software). Prior to that, John was a management consultant with Deloitte&Touche LLP with a practice in Financial and Operational Improvement.

John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and History from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Tom Furlong is a Managing Director with Granite Ventures. Tom joined the firm in July 2000, after a successful career in Silicon Valley that most recently saw him as Vice President and General Counsel at Zhone Technologies, a communications equipment provider. Prior to Zhone, Tom was a partner with the leading emerging growth company law firm of Gray Cary Ware&Freidenrich, where he spent 13 years counseling technology companies, venture capitalists and investment banks. Tom began working with Granite Ventures in 1988 and worked closely with Adobe Ventures. He focuses his investments in software.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
